6. The First Thing You Need To Do Is Build Your Email List

Create an email list to serve as your main channel of communication with your customers and potential customers alike. Give your audience meaningful information about the real estate space that they could find useful.  

Once you have an email list, make sure people can unsubscribe from it easily as well. The most painless way is just to add an “Unsubscribe” link in every email you send out automatically. If you do that, when someone clicks the link, it immediately unsubscribes them from the list without requiring them to log in or do anything else.
